WING CHUN... MY CHOICE
Wing Chun has become a way of life for me. Not only do I feel
healthier I actually feel stronger with every passing year. I've heard from a lot of
martial artists in other styles how at age 38 they are slowing down,
but in Wing Chun, with time and age I can feel my level improving.
I have recently added some
Chi Gong exercises that compliment the Wing Chun
helping give even more balance to my body, mind and spirit. Wing Chun is a
gift that has been given to me that I love to pass on to others, so they in turn can pass it on also.
